These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Sterifast, Lda. ("Sterifast", "we", "us", "our"), registered office at Parque Empresarial do Padrão, Lote 11, 5460-343 Boticas, Portugal, NIPC PT510113060. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
2. PURPOSE OF THIS SITE
This Site provides general information about Sterifast, its manufactured products, distributed third-party products, and services in the fields of sterilisation, disinfection, and infection prevention. It also provides customer account functionality and access to certain technical documentation for registered or approved users. This Site does not process online sales or payments. Commercial quotations, orders, and after-sales support are handled through direct contact with our team, and are not concluded through this Site.

Sterifast manufactures certain products in-house, including EcoPlasma sterilisers and sterilisation rolls/pouches. Other products presented on this Site are third-party brands distributed by Sterifast and remain the property and responsibility of their respective manufacturers with regard to their design, manufacturing, and compliance claims. Reference to Sterifast as "manufacturer" on any page applies only to the specific products for which this is expressly stated, and must not be interpreted as extending to the full product catalogue.
We take reasonable care to keep product information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all specifications, availability, certifications, or images are error-free or current at all times. Please confirm technical specifications and regulatory status directly with us before making a purchasing decision.

10. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND RESTRICTED DOCUMENTATION
Certain areas of the Site, including customer account features and selected technical documentation, may require registration, authentication, approval by Sterifast, or other access permissions. Access is personal to the authorised user and may be limited according to account status, role, customer eligibility, market, product or document availability.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying Sterifast promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. Sterifast may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, account administration, eligibility, misuse, legal or regulatory reasons.
Restricted access does not create any entitlement to a particular document, product, service or level of availability. Technical documentation made available through the Site remains subject to the applicable product labelling, official IFU, revision status and any other regulatory or contractual conditions.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of this Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence, where applicable.
